It's been a great summer for Connor...we've got lots to share.

The first big event of the season was a Rockies game. Connor just loves "Rockieball"! For weeks afterward, he'd ask to go to the "Rockieballgame" every time we got in the car! Connor also enjoyed all the presents of May and June. He helped Mom and Dad celebrate Mother's Day and Father's Day and their birthdays too! It snowed on Mom's b-day just to make it interesting!

Connor loves to play outside, and especially liked days when Mom would fill his wading pool. "Helping" Gram with her yard work was another good excuse to get outside, and walks to the park with his friend Caleb were always a favorite as well. We also took a trip to the zoo with Caleb! The aquarium was the highlight of that trip! And they also enjoyed the trip to McDonald's for lunch (of course)!

The Fourth of July was a big event this year. Connor learned to play croquet and loved it! He's getting a kid-sized set for Christmas. On the 6th, we went to another Rockies game with the whole family: Gram, Papa, Mom, Dad, Aunt Karen, and Kirk (Karen's boyfriend). After the game, there was a fabulous fireworks display!

In August, Connor took a trip to Ohio with Gram and Mom. Connor loved playing with all of his girl cousins...especially Lexxie and her kitchen. (He's getting one of those for Christmas too!) While we were in Ohio, Connor had his first ice cream cone, got to jump (run in circles) on a trampoline, took his first carousel ride, learned to turn a somersault, went out on the boat (Cousin Lee even let him drive!), and just plain had a good time!
